Tang Mingzhen,was born in 1950 in Shanghai.She graduated from Affiliated Middle School of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts and graduated in oil painting from Jilin Academy of Art in 1983.
She is Director of Chinese Artists Association,Director of Chinese Oil Painting Society,Director of Central Academy of Painting of Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang,Vice-President of China Tongze Painting and Calligraphy Institute,a member of Chinese Binding and Mounting Art Institute,National Class A Artist,Executive Vice-President of Jilin Artists Association,Member of CPPCC in Jilin province and Jilin Literature and Arts Association,Executive Vice-President and Secretary-General of Jilin Artists Association.
